Thank you for your order from Kuntroversie. We are a small clothing brand based in Paris, France, and we appreciate your support. Please review the following information about how we process and ship your order.
Order Processing
In-Stock Items: Orders containing ready-to-wear items are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 to 7 business days.
Pre-Order Items: For items labeled "Pre-Order," please refer to the estimated shipping timeline provided on the product page. This timeline begins from the date of purchase. Please note that production delays can occur and are not grounds for a refund.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide from our studio in Paris. The carrier and delivery speed depend on your destination. We primarily use carriers such as Colissimo for European deliveries and La Poste/Colissimo International or DHL for international shipments.
France: 2-5 business days after shipment.
European Union: 3-7 business days after shipment.
International (e.g., USA, Canada, Australia): 7-15 business days after shipment.
These are estimates, and transit times may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order or change the shipping address within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Please contact us immediately at support@kuntroversie.com. We are unable to make changes after the shipping label has been created.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We do not control these carrier rates.
Customs and Import Duties (For International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the European Union, please be aware that you may be subject to import duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Kuntroversie has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Kuntroversie is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been shipped and the tracking number is provided. We ensure that all orders are packaged securely. If you encounter an issue with your delivery, please contact us at support@kuntroversie.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we will contact you. The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the package. If you do not wish to have the package resent, a store credit for the merchandise value (minus the original shipping cost) will be issued.
