Article 1: Introduction and Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made on the kuntroversie website, www.kuntroversie.com
By placing an order, the customer unreservedly accepts these terms.
kuntroversie reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; the version applicable is the one in effect on the date of the order.

Article 2: Products
Our products on the Site include clear descriptions of key details like materials, sizes, and colors. Photos are as accurate as possible but may not exactly match the real product due to screen differences.
kuntroversie strives to provide correct product information. However, availability can change. If a product is unavailable after ordering, the Customer will be notified quickly and can change their order or get a full refund.

Article 3: Prices
Prices are in Euros (€), excluding taxes and shipping. Shipping costs are shown in the cart before order confirmation. Prices may change anytime, but your order will be charged at the price when it was placed.

Article 4: Orders
To order, select products, enter your invite code, and go to checkout. Provide accurate delivery details and payment info. You will get a confirmation email with order details, which completes the sale. kuntroversie can cancel or refuse orders if there's a dispute or suspected fraud.

Article 5: Payment
Payment is due immediately. Accepted methods: Credit Card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal, via secure payment gateways. Payments are encrypted and your banking info is never accessed by kuntroversie.

Article 6: Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates starting after order confirmation. If delayed, kuntroversie will inform you but is not responsible for any issues caused. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

Article 7: Right to Return & Refund
Under French law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to return any item without giving a reason or paying a fee.

To return a product, you must clearly inform us by email at [help@kuntroversie.com] or use the withdrawal form included in these terms.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, to this address: 142 Rue de Rivoli 75001, Paris
You pay the return shipping costs.

We will refund you within 14 days after receiving the returned items, using the original payment method.

Note: This return right does not apply to customized or personalized items.

Article 8: Warranties & After-Sales Service
All products are guaranteed against hidden defects for two years from delivery. If you find a defect or issue, contact customer service at help@kuntroversie.com to arrange a return, repair, exchange, or refund.

Article 9: Personal Data
We collect personal data to process orders and manage customer relationships. This is done following French and EU data protection laws. You can access, correct, or delete your data by contacting admin@kuntroversie.com. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Article 10: Intellectual Property
All content on the kuntroversie site (logos, texts, images, etc.) belongs exclusively to kuntroversie. You may not copy, change, or use any part without our written permission.

Article 11: Liability
kuntroversie’s liability is limited to the total order amount. We are not responsible for indirect damages.

Article 12: Disputes and Law
These terms are governed by French law.
If there is a dispute, the Customer should contact kuntroversie customer service to find a solution. If that fails, the Customer can go to a mediator or a French court.
