
Cancellations & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping with Kuntroversie. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding cancellations, exchanges, and store credit.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Kuntroversie pieces. If you need to return an item, we offer store credit or a limited exchange for garments that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of you receiving the package.
Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are processed on a case-by-case basis. We cannot guarantee that your desired size or style will be available.
Store Credit: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a store credit for the value of the returned item(s). This credit will be delivered via email and can be used on a future purchase.
Final Sale Items: All items marked as "Sale," "Final Sale," or "Custom" cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not offer refunds for returned items. All returns are eligible for store credit or an exchange only.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for shipment. This applies to both in-stock and pre-order items.
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@kuntroversie.com with your order number and the subject line "Order Cancellation Request."
After the 24-hour window, we are unable to cancel your order as we begin processing it immediately to prepare for shipment. No exceptions can be made after this time.
